John Crowell

Crowell was raised an Iowa farmer.  He joined Harley-Davidson Motor Company when it was still a subsidiary of AMF, Inc.  Over the next 25 years, he was engaged in all aspects of the development of the distribution chain.  These included district/regional management, financial services, dealer standards and performance management, dealer services, new business start-up and global distribution strategy.

John left Harley-Davidson as Director of Dealer Development North America to purchase and operate the Reno Harley-Davidson dealership.  This family affair allowed him to function in the distribution chain from both points of view.  After selling the dealership, he continues to consult with a best practice group of about 15 Harley-Davidson dealers across the United States.

In addition to continued consulting, John has two real estate companies in Phoenix and still owns farming operations in Iowa.

Other interests:  golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, motorcycling and extensive adventure travel.

Chris is responsible for driving growth and transformation in the East Region of the AT&T Alliance Channel. Key objectives include driving increased sales and productivity through indirect channels, including value added resellers, distributors, agents and solution providers.

Prior to this, Chris led the National Presidential Convention Sales Team which provided support to both the Republican and Democratic parties, as well as the 45th Presidential Inauguration.  Previously, Chris led the Southeast Region Small Business Solutions sales force. In this role he was responsible for strategy development, operational management and sales execution for a ~350 person organization serving the small and mid-sized business market in the Southeast United States.

Before joining the Southeast Region sales team, he led the AT&T Alternate Channels and Business Integrated Solutions Field Marketing organization. He had responsibility for marketing activities supporting a variety of sales channels including direct, indirect, retail and telesales channels to position AT&T's full suite of products and services to small and medium sized business customers across the country.  Chris also led the mobility practice within AT&T's Alternate Channels. Chris was responsible for acquisition sales and customer life cycle management of wireless products and services thru various

Alternate Channels of distribution including Solution Providers, retail centric Indirect Channels and Telesales Channels representing approximately 20% of the Small Business Mobility business plan.  

Chris graduated with honors from Hobart College in Geneva, NY. He is married and lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife and three sons.

Craig Schlagbaum is the Vice President of Indirect Channels for Comcast Business.  In this role, Craig manages Comcast’s indirect channel partner team and the overall indirect channel programs for Comcast Business.  The program has achieved great success and was named as a top indirect channel program for the industry in both Channel Partners' Magazine as well as Computer Reseller News (CRN) from 2011 to 2015.  Prior to Comcast, Craig managed the indirect channel team for Level 3 Communications and NTT and he was a key architect of the Qwest Business Partner Program. 

Craig has spent over 25 years in various indirect channel roles in sales, marketing, and business development with NTT/Verio, Qwest Communications, IBM Corporation, and Sony Corporation.  Craig was recently named in ’14 one of Top 10 Channel Sales Leaders in CRN and was also named as a Circle of Excellence Winner in Channel Partners Magazine in 15, as well as a top 10 Channel Chiefs for 7 years from 2008 to 2015. Craig holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Colorado, Boulder.  Craig currently resides in Denver Colorado.
