    As the Vice President of the Indirect Sales Channel for Integra, Tom Gorey is responsible for setting and executing the strategy for indirect and partner sales with a strong focus on customer success. Before being recruited to Integra, Tom was the Vice President of Channel Strategy and Development of XO Communications, a company at which he worked for eight years, where he developed an indirect channel program resulting in a 21% annual revenue increase. Tom is known for his expertise in developing top performing sales teams in high-tech companies, through his effective leadership capabilities and his deep understanding of the sales channel model. Throughout his career, he has held various sales management roles at MCI, Mobius Network, LLC, Qwest Communications, GTE Communications and Ingram Micro. Tom holds a B.A. degree from the University of Washington at which he currently serves as a mentor to help students transition from school theory into business world practicality.
